HOW TO CALL 119 TO REPORT A CASE

I. The first thing you need to do while finding the fire accident

Shout aloud to alert the sound sleepers or others, so that they may acquire enough time to do the necessary responses.

II. Call 119

1 Ensure you are safe before you report a case.

2 Two points: “What” and “Where”.

Let firefighters know exactly if it is a fire accident or an emergency aid. Location of the case is also needed.

3. Do not hang up the phone until the personnel on duty is completed on questions.
